Asked scenario-based questions, tell me about yourself, Nuffield's core values, why you want to work here, patient safety, prioritisation, quality values you could bring to the team etc. Panels were friendly and supportive. After, they got my number and said they would contact me to let me know if I got the role or not. They never did and a recruiter send me a generic email saying I was unsucessful.
