The design manager contact me for a prospective position in his group. Contacted me through my online application. Sent me a sheet of basic analog circuit schematics to prepare for the interview. The phone interview is 1 hour divided into 2 steps. First 30 min. is asking about my background and the second 30 min. is asking about understanding fundamentals.
