After I answered this question using the STAR acronym I related back to the competency framework and made it clear that for the second competency, I can manage a quality service by promoting adherence to relevant policies, procedures, as well as follow the appropriate decision-making criteria, such as adhering to the company’s policy. As I was explaining to the customer as to what can be done, in accordance to adhering to the company’s policy and procedures. In addition, I am capable of undertaking appropriate analysis to support my decision because I was referring to evidence carried out by another department. Therefore, establishing that I can work with another team to meet the needs of the customer and the business.
