The Interview Process was simple. Only Drawback in the interview is the in the First round the Interviewer ask your Current CTC & Exp CTC. Ideally this should not be the case only the Hiring HR should know your current CTC and expected CTC. CTC should be confidential and not know to the employee who is in the interview panel expect the HR.
