this is the process i went through and didnt get past the managers interview,
it was not the best process as there were several questions being asked in the managers interview

Technical Test - Including MCQ and Implementation with Test Cases, Debugging. Very good level of test. Communication Test: Good. Interview: Bad experience on it. a interviews doesnot ask things which a engineer should have. But they only focus on specific area. Even he doesn't worry about future learning scope for engineer. With only 2 questions. He able to identify all potential. How we can?? Complete implementation he asked. I done that. Still they reject me. What the hell.
