Interviewer calls me to discuss about his experience for an hour. The discussion included two real technical questions and a whole lot of discussion around the product. It was as if the engineer was using interviews as a way to communicate with non-internal people about technical stuff to describe the product and boost his ego. Interview was a waste of time. Personally didn't understand what the interviewer was looking for.
