2 person will interview you. 1 from vector and 1 from EndressHauser. They will give you a basic electrical test with some diagram and Voltage calculation to do in the first 15 mins then the actual interview right after. Most of their questions are very basic and based on your resume. They were very nice and neatly at telling what they expect from you if you get the position.
