Informal and awkward, the owners made it apparent that they did not know what they were looking for. Treated my years of experience and expertise in fine dinning as though it was beneath them. Informed me they wanted to hire several bartenders and see which of the pack "rises to the top" after they expressed that they were looking for stability in the restaurant.
