Screening call to discuss the role and skills and what the company does. It is then followed by technical timed 7 questions coding test focused on front end topic libraries, what a piece of code would output and also you get a longer 20min exercice at the end where you need to solve a coding problem.

2 out of 3 interviews were fine and it felt like the feedback from both sides was extremely positive. Then I received an email stating they decided to go with someone else which would be totally fine but unfortunately I am acquainted with the person they hired instead. That completely ruined the "we have a fantastic team" claims Two Circles had all the way. This person is known to me as an extremely unpleasant and has a reputation of treating his colleagues poorly. He usually doesn't even hide it, so I have no idea how he got through the personality interview. Well, here goes another fantasy story about a great team and positive work environment. Funny enough to all my questions about the company they kept insisting that it's important for them to hire people who fit the company culture. If that means being like the guy they hired, I would highly recommend to stay away from Two Circles.
