First step of interview process was a phone screening done with the hiring manager, next was a group phone interview with supervisor and manager. Finally, the in-house interview was with the supervisor and manager as well. They asked questions about my experience on my resume, if I knew how to use specific computer programs, and what my opinions where on certain apps.

Very simple interview no technical questions. Safe to say she recruited on whether she liked you not on experience. A lot of push on whether you could speak languages or have travelled which is of no relevance. Also said that she needed someone asap so that was the most important criteria, which is most definitely a red flag. Desperate hire!

Good but could be done a bit better really. I did like how they asked questions that were directly related to the role. I think they could probably do a lot better though
