Applied through ad on Monster. Got a call to interview in person and take a math assessment. I took the math assessment before the interview. First interviewed with the HR Manager and Quality Manager, which went well. Next I interviewed with the Director of Quality. A week or so went by and I got an offer.

Arrived to very little parking available, had to park pretty far down street. Strict security must escort you to bathroom, and wait outside door like kindergarten teachers do. Just felt ackward not to have a lobby bathroom. Interviewer was over 10 mins late. We then walked all the way outside which was kinda nice, but it led to a separate building with a bad echo in a large unfinished room. Behavior based interview questions read from a standard set of questions, no real personality to the process. It just felt very flat. Manager was nice though once they got off the sheet of paper. Also as part of qualification, a wonderlic test was given after interview. Received low offer the same day without being given a tour, this number was far below industry standard, so attempted to negotiate to get closer to median pay for industry based on statistics..to no avail.
