Round-1 : Face to face tech (1 Hr) Round-2 : Machine round (2+ Hrs) Round-3 : Tech + Manager (1 Hr) I have 7+ y exp in .NET. I went through Job Consultancy. I cleared all 3 rounds. After 3 rounds HR asked me to wait for HR discussion. After 10 min she came and informed me concerned person is in meeting, so we are rescheduling it. After that no clue at all. Consultancy people are also saying they don't have any updates. Felt as waste of time. They are not clear about their expectation itself.
