very poor hiring process takes a lot of time to shortlist students nearly half month and for a consultant 22k job there is so many rounds. when asked from hr bout the growth she said you can have learning experience and didnt mention how would i grow as a consultant alaso no cab facility for night shift which is basic mininmum for girls.
