Typical video chat interview. They canceled 30 mins before and it was rescheduled. Hiring manager said they wanted me to move on to the next round. I received an email the next day asking me to do the next interview that day with 3 hours notice. I declined as I wasn’t available with such an incredibly short notice. I sent over my availability for the next few days. Hiring manager sent me an email expressing their disappointment that I wasn’t available right away and they ghosted me. Aq Incredibly unprofessional and unorganized. Interviews go both ways and they showed a lack of respect for a candidate’s time and schedule. Huge red flags.
