The interview process took 1 complete day in which I cleared 4 round of interviews where all were technical rounds and next day I cleared HR as well as Manager round on Skype. After few days HR asked me for buy out option in current organisation and as soon as i replied on the very next day I got a regret mail from HR saying your relevant experience doesn't match the profile we are looking for and regret to inform you that you are not selected. They completely wasted my time and according to me there is no point to keep hopes from such organisation. It was worst experience in my career. Suggestion for HR : Please don't waste candidates time.
