1) 30 mins. screening over phone by a TA. 2) 30 mins hiring Manager interview, 3) 60 mins panel interview with presentation, 4 & 5) interviews by peers, 6-7) two ex-co workers references check by the hiring manager over phone, 8) another round with the hiring manager and offer was made.
I rejected the offer as the terms we had aligned on were not maintained at the outset which made the process inefficient for everyone involved.
