The first step involved a phone screening with the technical recruiter. She asked me general questions about what I knew about the company, my career goals, and my experience. The second step of the interview process involved a video interview with two of the software engineers. It was more technical. They asked me questions about different programming languages or technologies, e.g. comparing Java to JavaScript.
