Fragen im Vorstellungsgespräch für Beschäftigung als Senior Software Engineer bei SAP Ariba

I have been called for an interview in their Ramaswamipalya, Bangalore location. Technical round was good. But HR person was very rude, unprofessional and just talking non sense. Looks like he is corrupted and want to take employees only through job consultants to get his commission instead of direct referral. Since I was direct referral, the attitude right from beginning of the process was not great. Initially, he scheduled and confirmed that the interview will take only 4-5 hrs. Once the technical rounds were completed, he simply made me to wait till late evening in the office premises and at the end, informed me that he will take HR interview through call next week. I ended up spending more than 9 hrs, but still not completing the interview process only because of this HR. After a while, he did not fix up any time but suddenly called me for HR discussion. During the discussion, he has asked me to share all my offer letters (real copies - not the break up details) that I'm currently holding . When I tried to explain that those offer letters are private and confidential, so I can't share them, but I'm ready to share the breakup details, he is not okay with it and he became so arrogant in his voice. If HR himself don't understand what it means to be private and confidential, I don't want to deal with this company where confidential and private information are taken for granted. Though, I was really interested to be associated with SAP Ariba, after having this kind of experience, I have decided to decline the offer.

Interview Process is very slow. Don't make any other plans if you are attending interview on a weekend. 6 hrs for 2 round of Interviews . Staff is courteous and they treat you well though.
