This is a wonderful company, but it is so disorganized. I applied in late April and after many emails and almost a month of waiting, I had a pre-screening interview which seemed to go well, and I was then scheduled for a virtual "trial day". I had to keep reminding them to send the link and the link that was finally sent (the day before) had a very different timeline than the original email. The original invite said 10-2 but the link stated the day started at 8:30-2! Everyone I spoke with seemed super professional, smart and nice but not everyone seemed to know which position I was applying for and there were a few missed /late/ re-scheduled sessions. My trial day was on May 7th, and I was told they would make a decision by the following week. I, of course, sent a thank you right away and touched back with them on May 23rd to see if there were any updates. I was told again they would make a decision the following week. On June 14th I received an email saying they went with another candidate. I understand things can get hectic, but I was not thrilled that the interview process was obviously a low priority.
