Pretty casual interviews talking about experience. They had me in for 2 separate interviews then ghosted me. Despite me reaching out to the recruiter for feedback. Incredibly unprofessional and I would not work for this company.

there are 3 rounds of interviews: first, the culture fit with behavior questions; secondly, creating process flowchart during a timed session; lastly, a business case and presentation with 1-2 interviewers. Not everyone will show up, and the result could be biased.
