The interview was split into two parts. 1st part was a quick 15 minute traditional interview and then the second part was a scanning interview a week later. Got a job offer in the next few days.

They called me to come in for a scan interview first. A week later I was called for a face to face interview. I was emailed an offer a few hours later. Start date was 2 weeks later.
