I did not have much of a formal interview. I visited the main office in person, and a manager spoke with me for less than 5 minutes after filling out an application of basic information. The manager asked if I how many hours I was willing to work, if I did drugs, etc...(basic information). I was then told to come to an orientation in the following days. There, a multitude of things were explained about the job. After 2 - 4 hours, I was told to go and take a drug test at a local clinic. After my clean status was confirmed, I was hired. Very easy process.
