The interview process started well. I first met with the Property Manager for a face-to-face interview. Following the interview I was then told that I would be contacted by someone from the Pinnacle office for a follow-up interview. After waiting several days, I was contacted by a manager from the Pinnacle office and scheduled for a second interview. The questions were nothing unexpected and mostly about my prior experience, etc. I felt that the interview went well and was told that I would be contacted when a decision was made. I was never contacted.
It has been about 3 weeks now and I have sent two follow-up emails that were never replied to.
Due to my unique set of circumstances I have reason to believe that the position has been filled. Unfortunately, I have yet to hear from anyone at Pinnacle about the decision.
I have had several offers now, and after experiencing the lack of organization at Pinnacle I am not disappointed that the position was offered to someone else. However, I would advise both managers who I interviewed with to show a bit more professional courtesy and at the very least let someone know when they have been turned down for a position.
