Interview process is very easy. Received a phone call from the lab manager, interviewed with them and then again in person. Very short interview. was able to get tour of the lab, and told I was hired immediately. This company is great for entry level roles and for starting out, but would not recommend staying here long. There is high turn over, the job is the same thing day in and out (no variety or change, you literally do the same thing for 8 hours, learned it's not for me), and the biggest negative is there is NO room for advancement or growth.

I had two interviews. One with 2 people and the second with 5 people each from the departments. It was a bit intimidating but they are such great people it was very comfortable.
