There are usually 3 stages in the Pareto Recruitment process. 1st stage, they assess whether you fit their requirements or not. 2nd stage, telephone interview. 3rd stage is a final assessment centre, if youre successful here, they put you through to a Company looking for graduates where you will have a final interview. 1st stage and 2nd stage you will fly by. Final assessment centre is where the injustice is...they have around 15 of you there and any no. could go through to next stage. I could say easily me as well as 3 or 4 other candidates who were very strong candidates compared to the rest, were not picked, but for what reason? We were never given feedback...although we all had the same skin colour, brown. That must have been a factor, otherwise why on Earth would they not pick strong candidates? Maybe they want weaker candidates that they can "train" and "help reach their potential" and put more "support plans" on. At the end of the day...if you are brown/black or don't talk like the traditional white man, I would stay far away from Pareto. It seems they have a clear bias.

4 Interviews, First a phone call, Then another phone call, Then a zoom group Interview, Lastly Interview with companies to see if they want you. Whole process was long and only option was an online group interview with a few team exercises. Hard to always hear everyone especially if there are technical issues.
