3 video calls, first one is with the recruiter who will setup a meeting with the direct manager which will take about an hour and after that call you will get a meeting with the technical lead and will ask you a general tech question.

Looks like PROS really value their workers and would hire someone with great soft skills who is willing to learn. Just be open and honest.
