Very basic stuff. Answered some preliminary questions and then took a skills test that tested my typing skills as well as my ability to answer 70% of the questions correctly in 20 minutes. Then after I passed both tests, I scheduled an interview. The interview was done via Skype, using a preset username. I talked to a young guy for about fifteen minutes about my previous employer, why I was so willing to leave them, and what I thought I could do for teleNetwork. I personally thought I bombed the interview, but twenty minutes later they called back and offered me a job-- so don't stress!!

Great, very knowledgeable and friendly, definitely puts you at ease. The person whom you get depending, may or may not have a sense of humor, I got one that did. They ask about education background and employer background, skills, hobbies, interests.
