1.Telephonic interview which lasted for about 30mins, had to take through complete resume and explain several risk related questions.
2. Risk team manager interview - technical questions on SAS/SQL , Analytical questions. Asked about personal questions too but gave hopes for job and asked to stay with the job. Showed lots of skeptical on Staying on the job for at least 2years which I was mainly looking for.( gave out intuition that I had made it and even quoted a good hike though I had an year of gap)
3. HR round - pretty close , answered hr questions and even got a closer feel that the process was almost done and all they needed was my doc & verification.
4. Senior Manager - Asked all personal questions, asked about leave plans in this year, about marriage and previous organisation. (They mainly don’t have confidence that someone from better organisation would join their organisation they just degrade themselves I assume as it was basically their concern) and that’s all nothing on the job question. We have better people was the last sentence. Which was so rude on face and not worth attending all the process for about 3 days.
Had a very good notion until the 4th interview felt like you must not have personal life at all only then you would be perfect to join them.
