There was a technical, a managerial and a HR round. Each round had a wait time of 30-45mins.
The technical round was very textbook like.
The manager round was not good - the manager asked me about my agile project experience and had some questions on Jenkins CI/CD. He was himself misinformed about the tool and otherwise kept bragging how well he knows people in my then current company and how many other companies he’s switched to in his career.
And then asks me ‘why are you asking for such a high package?’ (I asked for 10LPA at 8yrs experience) I replied if you think that’s high for my skill set and experience then we’re both wasting each other’s time here. :l
