First of all, apologies for replying you late. Hereby, we would like to address that our process of interview is fair and professional. To make the process hassle-free for the candidates, we request majority of candidates to bring certain documents if they are called again for the second personal round, in a hope that if they are selected, then all the proceedings will be done the same day.
Kindly refer your statement here “they told me that your skills are not matching our requirements, you are not selected.” which means that you were given a clear message that you are not selected.
