1. Written round- very basic scenario based questions, Defect management, simple message box test scenarios.
2. Face to face- mostly process related. Time crunch in delivering a product (regression planning).
3. Client round (telephonic)- this never happened despite clearing round 1 & 2.
It’s been 2 months since I was told I’d have a telephonic client interview and the management hasn’t been courteous enough to let me know that there won’t be any subsequent rounds of discussions that may or may not lead to an offer.
Totally unprofessional.

The interview process with this company was highly disappointing and unprofessional. There is no synchronization among the interviewers, and candidates are often kept waiting for long periods based on the interviewer’s convenience. Even after putting significant time, effort, and preparation into the process and performing well in the interviews, the final outcome can be a rejection based on vague, unusual, and out-of-context reasons that have little to do with the actual technical discussion.
It gives the impression that the company focuses more on irrelevant factors than assessing actual technical skills, which makes the entire process unpredictable, frustrating, and demotivating.
Key Concerns:
Lack of coordination and transparency among interviewers
Disrespect for the candidate’s time and effort
Feedback that doesn’t align with the interview discussion
Overly subjective evaluation instead of focusing on technical competency

It was good, went on well. Interviewers were cooperative. Skill based questions were asked. 3 rounds of interview and finally the HR round. HR round was telephonic. Managerial round was based on the skills of testing.
