3 rounds of interviews with hiring manager and team director with a timed skills assessment (Basically given 60 minutes to answer 5 open-ended questions with qualitative survey data to review to find the correct insights, and then immediately meet back with interviewer to review answers)

Overall, it was a very seamless process. Normally, I have been told that the interview process takes about two to three months. I did not have that experience. I had four interviews, not including two prospecting interviews with a recruiter, in the span of two to three weeks. I initially put an application through LinkedIn and was contacted for an interview about a month later.
