Prepare to have 2-2.5 hrs out for the interview. It’s the technical aspects that they’re looking at. The interview starts with basic questions and discussions of availability. Once the interviewer shows you how to formulate the color and lighter you’re on your own to show your skills.

The interview process went very well. The GM was extremely polite very informative and helpful easy to communicate with and have conversation along with being very professional. The moment upon arriving to the salon I felt comfortable.
