I had a great interview process. There was two parts to the interview. The first part was 3 rounds, with the department managers, then some people from the VP level. Then what surprised me was the second interview was with the CEO, the overall employee count was fairly small not sure if that is the same process today, but it great to have a chance to meet them.

Speedy and fast. I applied online and they called within the week. Had a short phone interview and then I met the lead, the manager, and the CEO all in one day. The office was very busy and I waited awhile for someone to see me. The people in the office seemed very nice and smiled at me while I waited and all seemed to be getting along.
