The interview process and scheduling were sketchy and unreliable. In the first round, HR joined a video call with their camera off, asked a few basic questions about my experience and education, explained the role, and then brought up visa sponsorship requirements- which were fine, but the biggest red flag — they refused to share the salary range, which is required by California law. Even after I asked directly, they brushed it off saying it would be revealed later.
The second round was on-site, and HR gave wrong timings (AM instead of PM) and no flexibility with scheduling — it was basically “show up or don’t.” The interview with the senior sales management went great; they were professional and respectful. But again, HR avoided sharing salary and benefits details despite being asked multiple times. For a supposedly experienced HR team, this was both disappointing and unprofessional.
I declined the offer because of these shady hiring practices.
If anyone else interviews with them, know your rights — California’s Pay Transparency Law (SB 1162) requires employers to disclose pay ranges in job postings or upon request.

Phone interview. A brief self-introduction first, and then went through the resume with the hr. After that, the hr briefly introduced the company and the position. Then, the hr asked several behavioral questions.
