The interview 2 rounds (Calgary). 1st Phone screening, 2nd in person with the HR and Manager. The interviewers are nice. However, they have unorganized hiring process. The Job posting were upload more than a month and they are conducting interviews after 2 months. I asked them why is still open and according to them the Vancouver team are not deciding yet and they still dont know what they are looking for, I suggest you have to follow up with them if you get the job. They responded to me in a week, and til now the position is still open.
