I just needed to email my cv and experience details to them. They didn't need a personal or digital interview to hire me at that time. It was a 1st level job.

Just a phone interview, introducing ourselves and learning about the company. They basically just want to know what experience you have then give you access to the portal where you can apply for jobs, where you have to write or post a video explaining why you should be picked for the job anyway.
