I applied through the portal, which is fairly easy. Then the scheduling for the interview comes via email and you select a day and time, which is a refreshing change from going back and forth trying to coordinate schedules. My first interview was a phone call with the HR rep. She asked me about my background, experience, organizational and people skills. The second interview was a video call with the hiring manager where they went more in depth into my applicable skills.

Interviewed by employees with long tenures and broad experiences, made the interview interesting because they were very knowledgeable. I had some technical difficulties with zoom and they were very understanding.
