Fragen im Vorstellungsgespräch bei ID Wholesaler

Very unorganized. I was suppose to meet with multiple team members. The interview went very well but you could tell the interviewer didn't have any experience in hiring someone. I made it to the second interview and the head of the marketing department was there for the interview this time. She didn't seem to want to be there, nor did she ask many questions. Its very odd as the company does not have an HR division of their business. They definitely need one, because it seemed like they have never hired an employee before. I was asked to write content before the interview, however I don't think they even took a look at it.
