Overall, it was a fantastic experience and a very transparent view into the company, its culture and what once could expect working within Customer Success and with its interdepartmental counterparts.
Each interview offered an opportunity to meet (prospective) CS colleagues as well the colleagues from the Sales, Relationship Management, Executive team, etc.
While interviewers came prepared with situational questions, there was also plenty of unscripted conversation, which highlighted the genuine nature of each person I spoke with.
Along the way, HR/Recruitment was very communicative and transparent in what to expect at each step in the process. I felt supported throughout the duration of the process.
Following the final interview, the review and offer was quick to follow, so A+ for a speedy turnaround.
