Process was fast and took around 1 week. Interview with recruiter, 2 tech challenges and a final interview with the cto. Tech challenge using hacker rank with average complexity problems.

1. Criteria Assessment: 20 minutes to answer 40 logical questions 2. Hireflix Assessment (Asynchronous Interview): Expect more theoretical questions about specific technologies and hypothetical cases. 3. Coding Challenge: Make a video of no more than 1 hour implementing endpoints and unit tests in a given project.
