I was invited to interview at Francisco after a friend referred me. Their office in the Presidio is stunning!While the interview was easy to schedule and my background seemed to be what they are looking for, the Sr. EA was outright hostile. I was left in a conference room for 30 minutes and then when she finally showed up, she says, "WHAT HAPPENED TO YOU? You were supposed to be here at 3pm." When I asked what could she mean since I was there on time and was waiting on her, she blamed the receptionist and did not apologize for her outburst. In addition she asked only negative questions e.g. describe something that went wrong or the worst thing said about you in a performance review. It was a shame because the phone interview went well, I very much enjoyed meeting the other EA and they otherwise have a great reputation.
