Took quite a while due to them adding additional stages. The role that was advertised and that I applied for was given to someone internally after my presentation stage, and I was offered to apply for a similar role, which had two additional stages. The role didn't align with my skillset but I continued with the interview anyway for the experience. It took a long time to get any feedback, which was passed on via email with notes weeks later. Overall i didn't enjoy the experience, due to the additional stages as one felt quite uncomfortable and I felt unprepared for due to it not being what was described (it was meant to be an informal chat but turned into what felt quite intense) and the role I applied for not being available later on. I would have appreciated more transparency up front.

Quick, simple, transparency. Moved quickly after 3 stages. Positive experience and good feel for the company. One competency based one task based. Challenges in terms of showcasing team fit and creativity.
