Was reached out to by Lukins one of their internal recruiters. Was screened initially by my resume and then was setup in a two round interview process. I completed both rounds. The first round focused on technical ability while the second focused on culture and "fit". After the second round the company didn't even bother to let me what they decided and completely ghosted my follow up check in.
