I had a phone call with the recruiter, and then the hiring manager. I was asked to do a programming project, which I did in Python.
I then flew in to HQ. I had a 3-4 hour block of interviews. I spoke with the hiring manager, two or three developers, and then the hiring manager again.
I ate lunch with one of the developers.
We talked about my experience using docker, my experience doing devops work. They asked some programming questions, some soft skills questions. They explained what the company was doing and what they hoped to be doing in the future.
I was asked about any experience I had with international business contacts.
Once the end of my interview window was coming to a close, the hiring manager was very respectful of my time and didn't keep me any later than I had been asked to stay.
