We regret you have this feedback on our company and interview process. We accept our pay grades are lower than market. We explain this to candidates when they are seeking employment in Drishticon internal projects. We also explain to them how we expect to review and increase the candidate pay over time based on assignment of a client billable project. As for working environment ..please provide more specific details so we can look into it and better address your concern. We provide all our employees working in Drishticon offices with Developer class Windows and Mac laptops. Seating is very spacious and open We have a conference room We have provided two large TV with HDMI cable connections for collaboration and presentation when required. We have a large fully loaded pantry that can seat 8 people for breaktime We celebrate employee birthdays, baby shower, We have Friday bagels and atleast 1-2 times every quarter we take the team out for lunch We celebrate company annual holiday party in a grand and pleasant way. For example, we had a cruise in SF for the whole company and their family/friends in 2016. We are taking the team out for skiing in December 2018 near Lake Tahoe. Any specific thing you noticed that made you call the work environment horrible, please share with us. Thanks for your comments. We appreciate it Bay area job market is very demanding on technical talent. Our customers are expecting highly skilled resources and so we have been bumping up our technical screening a bit on toughness. It is a difficult balance, as we do realize that some of the candidates may not be interview ready but are very promising never the less.
