1. I applied; 2. I was contacted a couple of days later; 3. 10 days later had interview with hiring manager who stated that they wanted me to move forward to a "panel interview"; 4. Heard nothing for 3 weeks; 5. Finally received panel interview schedule and a benefits summary sheet; 4. Had panel interview over three days; 5. During the interview process, Crinetics posted the same position at a lower level (said nothing); 6. At end of interviews, I asked about next steps - "we have to have 3 candidates - we'll get back to you; 7. On September 15th, the person who did get the job announced it on LinkedIn; 8. September 19th, Crinetics HR called to "update me on the process" confirming that I was only brought forward to because their compliance policy requires it. Overall, this was the most negative interviewing experience I have ever had because of the total lack of respect for me not only as a professional but also as a human being.
