It took 5 days upon registration before i got accepted in the platform. They asked for my credentials and a valid ID. It was very easy to follow and pass.

There were no interview process because for you to get in you have to pass their essay questions like your experience in tutoring students and helping them understanding what they don't understand in their lessons.
