Each of the candidates was asked to address a specific question related to a major focus of the job in the near future; presentation material was encouraged. Interview panelists were respectful and offered both verbal and non-verbal feedback. CEO was one of the few people in all my recent interviews who acknowledged my follow-up thank you email.
