All I'll say about this place is run away!! They tried to lower my job title and they tried some other strong-handed tactics to eek out as much out of me as possible. I mean as far as any position with "research associate" in the title goes, who as a candidate has *ever* had to prepare a seminar for their interview besides at Compass?? I'd bet you good money they've been using these seminars as free consultancy work! Anyways avoid this place at all costs. When I look at the reviews I'm really happy that Compass showed me who they really are during the interview process.
